What We're Working On Math : Financial Literacy Reading : Strategies to tackle complex nonfiction texts Language   Arts : Writing - information books Grammar: Irregular Verbs Spelling:  Classroom Spelling Bee: November 6th  Science :  Circuits Social   Studies : Early Explorers to the New World Dates   to   Remember: Nov 1st - Rise and Shine Nov. 7 -  Book Fair SetUp Day (Teacher Preview Party after school) Nov. 8 – Veterans Day/Grandparents Day – we will have Cookies with Grandparents (or Parents/Special Friends) in the library after lunch ( visitor sign up form ) Nov. 11/12 – Previews for classes who want to preview Nov. 13 – Pastries with Parents @7:20am Nov. 14 – Last day of Book Fair Nov. 15 – Pack up Book Fair  Nov. 20 - Holiday Feast
