This blog will act as our fifth grade weekly newsletter. We, as a 5th grade team, will update the newsletter weekly to include what your child will be learning, important dates, announcements, and more! What We're Working On Math : Geometry Assessment and Measurement Reading : Types of Questions/Skills Language   Arts : Writing Sample Science:  Landforms Social Studies:  The Declaration of Independence The parent meeting for incoming 6 th   graders will be this Thursday, February 27 th   at 6:00 in the East cafeteria Important Dates: February 25th - Restaurant Night at Ole's (5pm-9pm) March 5th - Picture Day March 5th - Open House March 6th - Mustang Mutual March 6th - Rise and Shine March 6th - Dads on Campus Movie Night Visitors *Here is the link for parents who will be visiting for an event to sign up on a Google Form. This will allow them to print them in advance.  This is differentthan the one for Family Fridays (see below)
